1. The Service

DraftAIPolicy ("we", "us") provides an online tool that generates customizable document templates — including workplace AI policies and related documents — based on the answers you provide (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Not Legal Advice

DraftAIPolicy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service provides self-help document templates generated from your inputs. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the Service. Laws change and vary by jurisdiction and circumstance; you are responsible for ensuring any document meets your needs, and we recommend review by a licensed attorney before adoption.

3. Purchases and Delivery

Documents are sold as one-time purchases, delivered digitally and immediately after payment via a private download link. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are stated at checkout and may change for future purchases.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@draftaipolicy.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded purchases revoke the associated download access.

5. License

Upon payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and reproduce the purchased documents for your own organization's internal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the documents or templates as documents or templates, whether modified or not.

6. Your Inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not enter information you are not authorized to share. We use your inputs solely to generate your documents, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all documents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any document satisfies the legal requirements applicable to your organization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
