1. The Service

DraftAIPolicy ("we", "us") provides an online tool that generates customizable document templates — including workplace AI policies and related documents — based on the answers you provide (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Not Legal Advice

DraftAIPolicy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service provides self-help document templates generated from your inputs. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the Service. Laws change and vary by jurisdiction and circumstance; you are responsible for ensuring any document meets your needs, and we recommend review by a licensed attorney before adoption.

3. Purchases and Delivery

Documents are sold as one-time purchases, delivered digitally and immediately after payment via a private download link. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are stated at checkout and may change for future purchases. Because delivery is immediate, you will be asked at checkout to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, including the refund policy in Section 4, before your payment is taken.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. Our documents are digital goods that are generated for you and delivered instantly after payment, and you can preview the full structure and sample content of every document free of charge before you buy. For these reasons we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances (for example, a duplicate charge or a document that could not be generated or downloaded). If we grant a refund, it is issued net of any payment processing and currency conversion fees charged to us by our payment processor, which the processor does not return to us when a payment is refunded. A refund revokes the associated download access.

Consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK: by completing your purchase you expressly request that we begin delivering the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

5. License

Upon payment, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and reproduce the purchased documents for your own organization's internal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the documents or templates as documents or templates, whether modified or not.

6. Your Inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not enter information you are not authorized to share. We use your inputs solely to generate your documents, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all documents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any document satisfies the legal requirements applicable to your organization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
