1. What We Collect

• Generator answers: the information you enter in the policy wizard (company name, industry, jurisdictions, tool selections). We store these with your order so we can generate and re-generate your documents.
• Purchase information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and payment status from Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Usage data: aggregate, first-party counters (e.g., how many previews were generated each day) and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that use no cookies and collect no personal data.

2. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use your inputs to train AI models. Document generation is deterministic template assembly — your answers never leave our systems.
• We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to generate your documents, deliver your purchase, provide support, process refunds, and understand aggregate site usage. Our lawful bases under the GDPR are performance of a contract (generating and delivering your documents) and legitimate interest (aggregate analytics, fraud prevention).

4. Retention

Order records (including generator answers) are retained so your download links keep working and to meet financial record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your order data at any time after delivery; this revokes the associated download links.

5. Processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (application and database hosting), and — if enabled — Plausible (cookieless analytics). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@draftaipolicy.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
